A prayer
You know John Dobbs is an interesting guy. I would say that no one would even know about this place if it were not for him. He has a wonderful heart and a great sense of humor.
Humor is no where to be found today. He lost his son two days before his graduation. A terrible accident on a strip of highway in Louisiana.
Please keep John, his wife Margaret and all the family in your prayers at this time. I had the honor of meeting his son this year at a workshop in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You could clearly see the love and joy that John Robert brought to this family.
It is always good to be reminded of our ultimate goal no matter what we do to be like Jesus. Our ultimate goal is to insure that people get home. That is right, get home. We are told that we are strangers in this place and nothing reminds me more than the passing of someone so young.
Please pray for this family as they walk this road of grief and recovery.
